Color of this typical wine is light ruby with purple flashes. The young wine is a grassy aroma that with the wine turns into a blackberry aroma, taste is harder, with fresh acidity and tannins higher. In aroma and taste we can find blackberries, plums and black cherries, stone fruit kernels and cinnamon. Lemberger is perfectly suited to roast meat, venison, duck and goose or a stew.
